Monthly Service
Your PM program is a fixed monthly service covering all tasks in your agreed Schedule of Services. We visit at least once per month, complete everything on your list, and deliver a written service report after every visit.
Net 15 payment terms. Invoiced monthly, due by the 15th.
Documents work performed, materials used, and any recommended follow-up.
Locked in for the length of your contract. No surprise increases.
